I really am hoping for some feed-back. I have been using the eggplant and vinegar mixture on a bcc spot on my cheek consistenty for about two weeks. Right now the area has spread just a bit outside of the original spot and every time I put it on it stings like heck!! The bandaid has dark spots where it has caused the spot to bleed (or is it drawing this thing out?) Also, the areas not broken open have suddenly turned white and are seeping? Has this happened to anyone else? And last but not least, how long do I keep doing this for? What changes can I expect to see if this is successful? |

Hi SD,
Though many of us were excited about the eggplant vinegar mixture, I don't think anybody ended up (folks correct me if I'm wrong) successfully eradicating any BCC's with the mixture. I tried it for months to no avail. The vinegar alone will irritate and make any lesions more evident.
For me an exercise in futility.
Several folks have had success with diet modification, vitamin supplementation and cymillium.
Several of us have had success with Bloodroot paste.
The latest wave of success has been with petty spurge which I am on a quest to find for myself.
The best thing to do is spend some time going through the various sections on this forum, ask questions and proceed accordingly.
Good Luck and keep us posted!

I put capsaicin on the spot that I have been treating on my cheek with the eggplant and vinegar and WOW - I just can't believe what has happened. On my other post, the E/V had caused the cancer skin to turn white and weep. I stopped using it an used the capsaicin and boy did that hurt BUT, the cancer areas turned the cream yellow while the surrounding cream remained white. It literally pulled the black and yellow stuff right out of my face with the touch of a tissue. This has never happened before so i'm going to continue and keep you posted. By the way, after the first two times with the cream it is tolerable, but my cheek did swell up and turn red. |

sdroyce hi! How is the capsaicin treatment going on your cheek? The black and yellow stuff you described sounds like what happens with bloodroot. What cream did you use? Thanks for the info! |

while the first treatment burned like hell and made my cheek slightly puff - I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY!!!!!!!! I have had this spreading, bleeding spot for FOUR years and now it is just about cleared up. I just can't believe it. I used over the counter Capsaicin and have been using it twice per day. I just can't believe that this actually might work. I had the biopsy on a small spot about two years ago and within a couple of months, the "bubbles" started to appear above and below the biopsy scar. I was so bummed. Right now my cheek is nearly flat and you can't see the spot - other than a pink area. I still can't believe it. |

Hi, back again! The brand is Brooks pharmacy in-house Capsaicin (in a tube) HP 0.075%, Topical Analgesic Cream High Potency Arthritis Pain Relief, odor free, reaseless, Net Wt.2 oz. It wasn't expensive. In other words, over the counter stuff. I have been using it on-and-off on some long-standing AKs (I think) on my face, which seem to be threatening to develop further, one on my nose and some above my upper lip. I think I detect some disappearance. The burning is mild (as long as you don't let it get in your eyes) and in a funny way, my skin always feels "better" the day after. I am encouraged to keep trying.
I am very eager, also, to try the Petty Spurge. But at the moment my plants are extremely "petty" or SMALL. I planted the seeds in potting soil, rather than just garden dirt, but they are not taking to it the way most plants do. Perhaps it's just the lousy "perpetual spring" weather of gray and rain that we had for 3 months. I'm still hoping for some leaves to pick and some flowers and seeds, before fall.
Petty Spurge, Capsaicin, and also, still, Pancreatin (in skin cream) are my favorite 3 right now. As for Eggplant, I make sure to EAT it, not using it topically right now. My main trouble with myself is that I am back to that "glass of wine," which is bad for the Candida. I am enjoying it and wishing I did not. Best to all. |

thanks01!!!! Hi! grazie, danke, merci (thank you) for the update and the info on which cream you used. The more info the better. --he-he--hahahahahaha-- "my plants are extremely "petty"..."
it doesn't look from the pix i've seen next to rulers that they ever get exceptionally large but i don't know for sure. i haven't been out to look yet except in my yard (which has plenty of different weeds)and there seems to be just about every weed but petty spurge .... perhaps in the forest preserve or park but then it wouldn't be right to take some -- perhaps i'll ask around with people who have a little more land if they have seen it or just order the seeds and hope they don't get smashed. Hope that guy in the other thread was able to send a box and get some unsmashed seeds!
Maybe if you have some yogurt with your wine or several heavy-duty pro-biotic tablets or capsules that would help??? Certainly wine can help stress levels which is useful! |

sdroyce, thanks for the update about your good results using capsaicin creme! Very much appreciated!
I think it is important to capture the details of successful skin cancer home remedy treatments. I hope you don't mind if I merged this with your eggplant and vinegar thread because it may turn out the combo of eggplant/vinegar and capsaicin is what's needed (but maybe not). Here's my recap:
2 weeks of eggplant vinegar. Can you describe how you prepared and applied this? Then capsaicin creme twice a day for at least 10 days. What brand? Did you apply it longer? Any other details such as diet or supplement changes. What you think the lesion was (BCC or SCC)? Can you describe the pain while using capsaicin? Did it go away after a few minutes or was it constant? After 2 weeks, was there still pain after applying capsaicin?
Thanks and congratulations! |
