Symptoms :-
1> runny nose
2> cold hand and feet
3> ulcer (picture of my back). No pain. Just a tingling and burning sensation with a mild desire to scratch it. Almost ignorable.

4> Rash

No physical injury occurred. No insect bit me. No scratching.

Should I be concerned? I can barely afford a doctor.
Insurance company does not pay unless I am admitted. So please let me know if I require a doctor or not?

Hi there Bakra,

Sorry everyone seems to be ignoring you. Couldn't see your picture so can't comment on the ulcer / lesion. A non-healing ulcer is suspicous for skin cancer.
Symptoms - sound a bit non-specifc - need to know some more details - when did it start?,
are the symptoms still there?, any other problems?

You probably don't need to see a doctor if you're better, but can't tell from your brief history and I can't give formal medical advice over the internet.
