What is the longest any of you have waited before finally receiving your shipment of cymilium? I called for informationon the 14th or 15th of June 2011, and someone returned my call that day. I placed an order. On the 16th of June, my bank said that they received the payment. On the 22nd of June, I received an e-mail stating that my package had been shipped via the USPS, complete with a tracking number. As of today, not one of my e-mails, or phone calls have been returned. Not one! I have not been able to track it successfully. And, most times, I'm not even able to leave a phone message. It's usually full. (Or so it claims).

Has anyone else had a similar experience? I am still waiting for my package. I ordered some other information from someone else less than a week ago, and I have it already. As far as Customer Service and Satisfaction goes, I would not be able to rate Cymilium / St. James-Gray as a 10. Can anybody help?

I ordered my cymilium product at the beginning of June and just received it today 8-8-11. While waiting for my first order I was lucky enough to find a gentleman on e-bay who was selling the cream so I had ordered 2 boxes and got them right away, and he is now sold out. I think the best way to contact the cymilium people is to leave a message on their web-site. I tried calling and leaving messages and was getting no where but frustrated. About 2 weeks ago the gentleman finally answered but that was after calling every day. I ordered 2 boxes and they sent me 3 for the long wait. For those of you that think your out your money I would say your not. It just takes persistent on your part to make sure the order gets shipped.

I placed and order on july 6th, 2011 and received an email confirmation. I replied to the email with no response, I went to the website and emailed them from their link, twice and got no response. I phoned and got voice mail, left a message with no reply. I suspect I just lost my money...did you ever get your order?

For what its worth, this thread from 2007:

and this one from 2009:

include a lot of complaints about the slow shipping time/poor responsiveness of Cymilium. No solutions offered, except it seems that most people eventually received their order ... if belatedly and without much help from St. James-Gray. So you're not alone in your experience...
