Sorry for the extended shutdown. I'm not sure what happened exactly but the forum seems to be working again. The web host said "The website is down due to hitting resource limits, running a high load which is causing performance issues on the server". It could have been a hack by someone or just incompetent web hosting. In any event, it is probably time to look for a better web host than 1and1. There is a chance the email feature is not working. Let me know.

The email feature seems to be working now. The new host arvixe seems to be better to me in terms of page loading success and speed, plus it has better customer service than 1and1.

Well, 1and1 shut down the site again so I changed web hosts. Email is temporarily disabled until I can configure it. Hope this works better!
