I am a 33 year old white male. I have this strange mark on my pinky finger. If it's irritated, it starts to hurt. It doesn't bleed or it doesn't itch and it's not a darker color. It's actually lighter in color and it looks like it's a little below the skin layers on my finger. I noticed it about a month ago when I rubbed it by accident. I was wondering if anyone know if this is skin cancer? I have been exposed to the sun a little when I was a kid and I have had my share of sunburns but nothing to extreme. Attached are a few links of photos I took of this mark on my pinky.
