 Orange oil - sweet or bitter?

Can any one say whther I need sweet or bitter orange oil> it seems those are the two options for essential orange oil in italy.

According to Medical Toxicology of Natural Substances: Foods, Fungi, Medicinal Herbs, Plants, and Venomous Animals, by Donald G. Barceloux, the composition of various citrus oils (sweet orange, bitter orange, mandrin, grapefruit, lime, and bergamot) is similar, consisting of 85-95% of the monoterpene d-limonene. Lemon oil is 70-80% d-limonene. I believe d-limonene to be the active ingredient. It probably will not make a big difference, but I would choose sweet orange oil.

Yeah its not make much difference. But I think bitter oil is more stronger than sweet one.
