I have had very good success with a mixed treatment. I had spots on my arms, legs, chest and face. I started treating first with orange oil applied with a qtip 2-3 times a days. My facial areas were covering both of my cheeks. After about two weeks of treatment the spots localized to defined areas and are continuing to shrink. After I added ammonia I noticed even more profound healing. I then used the eggplant/vinegar mixture. Id rub this in vigorously before showering , wash it off and then apply the vinegar only with a qtip. Id wait awhile and then dab it with the orange oil and ammonia and then follow this up with applying sunspot. The deeper lesions on my arms and legs are showing progress but my face is almost clear.
I am so grateful I found this site and want to thank the people who started this and keep it going.
I am now applying the sunspot after first rubbing dmso cream on the spots.
The eggplant vinegar seemed to take everything to another level of healing.
All this info has been invaluable to me.

Heidi, thanks for the post, this sounds really good. I like the idea of using combinations to treat skin cancer. I think combinations may work because the those cancer cells that happen to be less affected by terpenes in orange oil for instance may be very susceptible to the solasodine glycosides in eggplant /vinegar, and vice versa. Likewise the pH of alkaline ammonia may be not enough to destroy some cancer cells, but those are unlikely to be the same ones that can tolerate acidic vinegar. Or maybe the pH shock going from ammonia to vinegar and back is something that normal cells can tolerate but cancer cells can not. Anyway, regardless of the reason, I am glad it is working for you.

Other people have had success with the orange oil for a couple of weeks followed by eggplant vinegar as you have probably already read. http://www.topicalinfo.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=143 I think the standalone eggplant/vinegar remedy in that thread may be much less effective without the orange oil prelude for a couple of weeks that you also used. It is great to get that finding confirmed. What brand of orange oil did you use?
