Author  Topic    Brigid 68 Posts Posted - 01/25/2010 :  19:18:55     My derm wants to shave biopsy a 3 cm tumor on my temple (the one over the lip was already biopsied.) But meanwhile, when I was looking into Mohs surgery, the surgeons all said the temple site looked like a BCC, which the derm agreed with. Should I let her biopsy it? Isn't it better from several points of view to treat it as is? Thank you to those who replied to my previous post, and look forward to hearing your thoughts about this. Also, really glad someone posted about topical turmeric gel, have been hoping to find that. dan 611 Posts Posted - 01/25/2010 :  20:35:30     I don't see much benefit to you from a shave biopsy.
