Author  Topic    turtletop 4 Posts Posted - 01/09/2010 :  11:38:59     Hello. Anyone familiar with this product? It's a dark purple liquid; a friend swears by it. Found only one mention in a search. It's expensive and that scares me right off. The scam alarm. The herbs and products that make up these recipes are apparently pretty cheap. It's the final products that aren't. This is about a 2 ounce bottle for about $100. St. John's Wort is known to be toxic. It is known to be a "photosensitizing agent" - it can create toxic effects when you are exposed to sunlight. St. John's Wort has been used in the treatment of AIDS, and some studies report mild and reversible liver toxicity." I don't have any information myself; I think I found the same mention of it you did. I'm very surprised. A friend of mine has been using it for a while and swears by it; but that doesn't really mean much. I tried it on a small spot I have and it "worked" on it, i.e. it kind of ate into it then healed over. I only applied it maybe once or so. It didn't eliminate it. Aparently google can copy everyone's else's website and call it a cache, the wayback machine can copy everone's website and call it a archive, but somehow you & me can not copy stuff off of the internet to show each other.
