I have a history of BCC's on my shoulders, upper-chest and upper-back. I currently have 2 Nodular BCC's that I am actively treating with Vitamin C solution. After finding this site, I will soon attack with additional treatments.

What gives me the most anxiety these days is the likely reality that I have many countless other lesions that have yet to appear, but will in the years to come.

What are the most effective (fast, minimal pain)strategies to reveal potential lesions in an early stage? I read about rubbing vinegar all over after a shower... will apple cidar vinegar work?

Will anything else work effectively to accomplish this task?

Thanks.

Everybody is different but vinegar be it apple cidar or regular white lites me up each time I rub it on. Within a few minutes I pretty know all my trouble areas. Can't promise what it will do for you but I can pretty confidently say it won't make things any worse. Within 30 minutes to an hour the irritation subsides and you look " normal" again.
