I placed an order for 3 packages of cymilium($53.66) online 29 Dec 2008 and have not received it as of 19 Jan 2009.My credit card was charged for the $53.66 on 30 Dec. I have placed two phone calls and left messages: recording says they will get back to me. I have sent 3 emails asking about the status of my product. As of today 19 Jan I have not received any replies.Has anyone had a problem with their orders?

It took me a little more than 2 weeks to get my order. I emailed them and got no response but the package eventually showed up. They did email me after and offer me a discount coupon because of the late shipment and said they would be shipping everything out on time from now on. Doesn't sound like that's the case though. I hope you get your packages soon as it is worth the wait.

i have been ordering cym since last june, bless their hearts, they are slow, they also supply sym to the military, maybe it is just such good stuf, that it is greater demand than they thot. when mine was slow, i never got a response either, it took about 14 days for the first order, and longer on the second, and 3rd order.
good that you ordered 3 at once.
i have had good reactions to using it.
