I used approx 2 heaped teaspoons of epsom salts in about 1/2 inch hot water in a standard coffee cup. Dissolve and let it cool a bit and apply. Rub it in well, using repeated applications for about 5 minutes. I applied morning and night. It took about 1 week to clear and I used it for another week to make sure it was gone. I am sure others may have varying times depending on severity. My basal cell approx 3x3cm(diagnosed by derm from lab biospy) on my temple was about 8 years ongoing and had a thick bleeding scab.

I have included a picture that I took after about 5 days, unfortunately did not have a "before" pic but I have outlined the area. At this stage there was still a slight lesion in the hairline, but that went quickly too.
