I have been posting every where-this site, other sites, and I can see few people are actually looking @ my post.
GEEZ does anyone actually realise what I am saying? The government is passing a law that ALL supplements are classified as drugs under CODEX regulations. And being A DRUG that means all supplements will be illegal for!
It is already active in many parts of the world. A woman was arrested in Europe for selling vitamin C, she is facing 5 YEARS IN PRISON!
I am educated on the whole CODEX agenda, I realise the propaganda the media, and the drug companies are feeding the public. However now is the time to act. THIS IS REAL! And come April when President Bush signd the bill-all supplements will be history!

Hi Krissy,
I don't claim to understand this completely but I make a concerted effort not to buy into anything without knowing the facts so I can make an educated decision.
Please go to this link and get an American Natural Supplement organizations opinion on Codex. http://nnfa.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=ic_codex/ It certainly lends itself to the idea the link you have provided may be blowing things WAY out out of proportion.
I know for sure Australia is not worried and has publicly stated that Codex will not in any way effect the availability of vitamins. http://www.tga.gov.au/cm/fs_codex.htm
I haven't spent a lot of time on this yet but from what I have ascertained so far I get the feeling it is stretching it a bit to claim all vitamin supplemental stores will be shut down in 2009.
Believe me I am not happy with how things are now with the FDA and what they have done to people selling Bloodroot. It is criminal but this is what it is right now. |

I assure you I have done my home work on this one. Anything to do with CODEX is evil.
Dr. Rima Laibow has done her homework too. That is why she has closed her practice, and is now in Africa helping to find other countries who will band together to fight codex.
It may seem that I am frightened-as we all should be. Anyone or any site that says anything different is either uninformed or it is propaganda for CODEX.
Since opinions can be very broad. I will give you some facts about CODEX regulations.
Codex sees most, if not all, vitamins as toxins, there for they would prohibited. CODEX regulates ALL supplements as drugs therefore you will have to go to the doctor to even get vitamin c.
They also have a system that puts all supplements through an assesment testing program-in plain english-when all the vitamins, herbs, supplements are ready for the public they will be a fraction of what you can get @ the health food stores (even synthetic). YOu will also be paying hundreds of dollars for your supplements as well.
Canada: amino acids are illegal, so is fish oil.
Germany: one bottle of vitamin E is around $900.00 dollars.
In Europe: a woman was arrested for selling vitamin C.
All the above is because of CODEX.
Why does the FDA need to touch our supplements? The FDA allows pharma drugs into the public that kills well over 100, 000, 000
people every year. Yet they are telling me that vitamins need to be made safe-I DONT THINK SO.
When and if (GOD FORBID) we become Codex HARMonized all supplements will be classified as drugs-they will be taken off the market, they will be over priced to the point of astronomical, they will become extinct.
I understand that with warnings and confusion come skepticism. And though I appreciate your reply, I know for a fact, that CODEX is a real threat. It is as real as cancer, and just as dangerous. Since finding out about CODEX, e-mailing Dr. Laibow, I have been making flyers, and I will be giving speeches about it @ my campus.
Taking vitamins is a right, a civil right, as far as I am concerned. There is no reason for any organization to take that right away from me, or the generations that will follow.
