This New Grouppe Kurosawa Cytotoxic Anti-Cancer and Leukemia Treatment Protocol was released on Jan 8, 2008. It is posted with permission from the Grouppe Kurosawa Natural Medicines Public Blog at http://www.grouppekurosawa.com/blog/ Perhaps someone will find a few new things to research and try.
"This protocol is designed to induce both necrosis and apoptosis in cancer and leukemia cells. In this regard, we want to reduce ATP synthesis and Cox-2, STAT3, NF-kappaB, and AKT enzymatic activity. After five years, this is the most bioavailable and synergistic treatment protocol that I have ever developed. Your commentary is invited.
1. Methyl Jasmonate. 10 grams a month taken as an aerosol. The dosage is 2 grams five times a month. You must purchase the Vicks personal steamer in order to introduce this product into your lungs.
2. Sodium Salicylate. The oral dosage depends on your body weight. At 250 pounds, my maximal dose is 17 grams a day. I have taken 10 grams in water after not eating for 14 hours without any stomach problems. 10 grams, taken all at once in the morning after eating something, should be a good general dose. If your weight is 100 pounds or less, you should reduce this dose accordingly.
3. Glutamine. 40-50 grams a day in juice. This product activates immune functioning, enhances the integrity of the GI tract, and is converted in the liver to glutamic acid. GA blocks glutathione synthesis in cells and prevents the uptake of glutathione into the mitochondria, thereby promoting apoptosis.
4. Curcumin. 10 grams a day in 1 1/2 cups of hot coconut milk. Do NOT use cream. The coconut milk contains lauric acid which activates immune functioning and sensitizies cancer cells, 60 fold, to the death properties of TNF, tumor necrosis factor. Drink all 10 grams at once sometime during the day.
5. Ascorbyl Palmitate. 2 grams a day. Mix this fat soluble product in with the curcumin and coconut milk. Ascorbyl palmitate activates the JNK death pathway, the same pathway activated by all chemo drugs.
6. Sodium selenite. This compound reduces the level of glutathione in cells in addition to inducing oxidative stress. The dose is 1200 micrograms (1.2 milligrams) per day orally.
7. Vitamin D3. 10,000 IU a day in gel caps. The literature on vitamin D as an anti-cancer agent is massive. 10,000 IU is NOT a toxic dose.
8. Vitamin A. 50,000 IU a day in gel caps. Vitamin A is a known anti-cancer agent which works synergistically with vitamin D.
9. Parthenolide. This is a powerful anti-cancer agent which blocks NF-kappaB and STAT3 signaling in addition to inducing oxidative stress. Based on my own meager experiments, topically applied partenolide is a very powerful inhibitor of NF-kappaB signaling when used in small dosages. Topically applied in a DMSO gel, parthenolide should only be used with topical genistein.
10. Genistein. This anti-cancer agent inhibits a wide diversity of cancers and leukemias. Unfortunately, like partenolide, it cannot be administered orally. Topically, it dissolves readily in a DMSO gel. Genistein activates the PTEN oncogene which blocks AKT signaling and glycolysis. It also enhances the apoptotic efficacy of parthnolide.
11. Concentrated Flax. The dose of standardized flax lignans is 300 mgs, minimum, a day. Grinding up flax seeds WILL NOT HELP YOU. You have no way of knowing how much SDG, a powerful pre-lignan, is contained in whole flax seeds. You must use only standardized flax products.
12. Dihydrocoumarin. This food product inhibits Sirt1 activity, a known inhibitor of p53 functioning and genetic gene activation. I have ordered this product but dosages and methods of delivery have not been established.
13. Acetaminophen. This product specifically inhibits Cox-2 acitivity. 4 grams a day, 1 gram four times a day during 18 hours.
14. Melatonin. 10 mgs a day in the evening. If you have a hormone dependent cancer such as breast or prostate cancer, you can increase the dosage to 30 mgs a day.
These products have NOT been listed in order of importance. Oral genistein, niacinamide and fish oils have been dropped from the protocol." |
