So anytime I have tender gums or a tooth that is beginning to ache. After brushing my teeth before going to bed, I open a capsule, put it on my tongue and swish it around and over my teeth and gums and then wait as long as possible before swallowing. IT WORKS GREAT!! Was wondering, since it works so well in your mouth, if it might also help with skin cancers that seem to be continually popping up. Have been using the apple Cider Vinegar and Egg Plant for almost a month and it seems to be working BUT wanted to see if the Probiotics mixed with plain yogurt might do better. Started that today and will let you know how it goes. mJeanS USA 2 Posts Posted - 02/20/2015 :  12:49:40     Guess I should add that I am using 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt that has live Acidophilus & Bifidus along with one capsule of Ultimate 16 strain Probiotic.    Topic
