It goes way beyond the usual clueless avoid the sun, apply sunscreen, and hope for the best advice.

Polypodium extract: 240 – 480 mg daily (initial dose should be taken 30 minutes prior to sun exposure and second dose taken following sun exposure)
Red Orange Complex: 100 – 200 mg daily
Melatonin: 0.3 – 5 mg 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime (sometimes up to 10 mg)
Vitamin D: 5000 – 8000 IU daily; depending upon blood levels of 25-OH-vitamin D
Curcumin (as highly absorbed phospholipid blend): 630 mg daily
Green tea extract (std. to 98% polyphenols): 725 mg daily
Grape seed extract: 100 mg daily
Niacin (Vitamin B3): 100 – 500 mg daily
Folate (as L-Methylfolate): 1000 mcg daily
Probiotics: 15 – 30 billion colony forming units (CFUs) daily
Milk thistle extract: providing 240 – 480 mg of silymarin daily
Fish oil (with olive polyphenols and sesame lignans): providing 1400 mg EPA and 1000 mg DHA daily; OR
Liquid fish oil: 15 mL twice daily
French maritime pine bark extract: 100 – 200 mg daily
Resveratrol: 250 mg daily
Pterostilbene: 50 – 100 mg daily
Quercetin: 250 – 500 mg daily
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) (as ubiquinol): 100 – 200 mg daily
Rosemary extract (providing carnosinic acid/carnosol): 50 – 100 mg daily
Honokiol extract: 1 – 3 g daily
Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) (with alginate complex): 3 g daily
Fermented Wheat Germ extract: Per label instructions
Active Hexose Correlated Compound (AHCC): 1 – 3 g daily
