Hello, long time no see but I must share this protocol I tried, a true game changer for me. I have a long history with a basal carcinoma on my nose that was chirurgical removed 20 years ago, two years ago it came back and I tried a lot that can be found on this forum without great success. I was ready to ask for help from a dermatologist or use the black salve paste but I found an amazing treatment that almost wiped it out in 10 days:
-during the day I apply ciclopirox olamine 1 per cent cream mixed with argan oil.
-during the night I apply a powdered gentian root mixed with argan oil
Based on a google search "Ciclopirox olamine has a strong anti-melanoma effect, and can significantly inhibit the cell proliferation of melanoma cells A375 and B16-F10 in a dose-dependent manner."
I live in France and the ciclopirox I used is the following: ciclopirox olamine Arrow 1% cream 30gram, cost under 4 Euro.
The gentian powdered root is the gentiana lutea specie, can be found in every herbal store here for under 5 Euro.
The Argan oil I used is the common one available in most herbal shops but I assume you can replace it with another oil type.
I read that ciclopirox is more efficient when taken with resveratrol. I take it internally (500mg trans-resveratrol), can be purchased on i-herb.
I have no before and after photos, after 10 days the result is not yet achieved but for now it wiped almost 80% of the skin cancer. Most important is no harm, not pain, just a strong itching sometimes.
This forum helped me a lot and I will be more than happy to help in return. |

Hi Al62,
Happy to hear from you again! Thank you for the new skin cancer protocol! It sounds really promising. I looked up the ingredients at Amazon and they are all available in the US for similar prices:
Herb To Body Gentian Root Powder - 4oz, Wildcrafted Gentiana Lutea for Herbal Tea, Herbal Blends, Bitters, and Traditional Preparations $21.90
Globe Clotrimazole Antifungal Cream 1% USP (1 oz), Anti Fungal Treatment, Relieves Itching, Burning, Cracking and Scaling Associated Athletes Foot, Jock Itch, Ringworm and More $4.85 Yoken Organic Argan Oil for Hair 4 Fl Oz, USDA Pure and Natural Morocco Argan Oil, Argon Oil For Hair, Scalp, Face & Skin Care, 100% Cold Pressed Hair Conditioner, Unrefined Argon Nails Carrier Oil $9.99 There were some options to find lower prices but I thought those looked good. The forum is in a limping along mode so posting pictures is not currently available anyway. Thanks so much for the post and I hope your healing continues!

Hi Dan, nice to hear from you again, I hope you are OK.
At day 21 I still have a red skin but there is no more bleeding and I believe in a month it will be totally healed. I took a photo at day 10 and 21, a day and night difference, I will post the photos if this feature is available again one day on the forum.
I've cured a lot of skin cancer on my face using the classic frankincense, baking soda, petty spurge but this one was not sensitive to any substance. I did not try black salve on my nose because I was afraid of the pain an bleeding resulting from a 20mm size cancer zone.I had great hope with the fenbendazole or ivermectine, I tried during 6 months without success.
Actually I'm using only the Ciclopirox cream because the gentiana lutea is quite aggressive when applied for more than 2 weeks.
The Globe clotrimazole cream you mentioned seems not identical to the Ciclopirox olamine. Unfortunately the ciclopirox olamine on Amazon in the US seems only available with a prescription. I've found a product containing ciclopirox olamine but they do not mention the concentration, search for "Ducray Kelual DS Face Cream" on ebay.com. In Europe the ciclopirox can be purchased without prescription as a shampoo of face cream.
In fact I started by ordering the anti fungal products that were cheap and available without prescription, i.e. miconazole, sertaconazole nitrate, fenticonazole and ciclopirox olamine. First I tried the ciclopirox and that was a great success. As I tried both gentiana and ciclopirox I am not able to tell witch one did the job. Gentiana made my skin red and itchy after a week, so I assume it was doing something. After 2 weeks I decided to apply only the ciclopirox and then the redness faded away after a few days with new skin growing to fill the hole left by the dead cells. The new skin looks good, no bleeding and no redness. |

Update after a month : total success!
New scar tissue has replaced the cancerous skin, I now continue to apply the ciplopirox cream as it seems to improve the appearance.
I can only testify for my own case, a one inch resistant skin cancer on the side of the nose that was not reacting to most of the topical treatments that can be found on this forum (except black salve, not tested on this one).
Thanks Dan for keeping this forum alive, I hope my modest victory could be beneficial to the one's in need and stay available for any questions or details. |
