There are several types of non melanoma skin cancers that you can try and treat on your own. I don't think anyone here would suggest trying to deal with melanoma on your own. One of the warning signs of Melanoma is a sudden change in a moles appearance. The only way to know for sure is a biopsy but let a dermatologist decide. No one here can tell you from a picture alone.
