Technology and Skin Cancer - Anyone want to venture and guess how long until we have a device that when held to skin surface can instantly detect carcinoma AND remove it either with laser/chemical/excise/some other process? Even better a cure for the root cause. Hoping it happens in my lifetime; not sure the Doctors would be in favor but seems realistic to me. Already have the detection device:

I believe we have the laser treatment now, but it's not yet as extensive as I'm hoping it to be a cure all for carcinoma.
