I was diagnosed with Melanoma January this year. Stage IIa. Successfully resected and disease free so far.

I got really lucky that it was spotted. I've been really diligent about sun protection and trying to keep track of my moles ever since.

I just got an iPhone and found some apps on skin cancer in the Apple Store:

xMM Skin -- Malignant Melanoma
xBCC Skin -- Basal Cell Cancer
xSCC Skin -- Squamous Cell Cancer
LoveMySkin - Mole map for skin cancer prevention
Skin Prevention -- Photo Body Map for Skin Cancer Prevention
iSkin

Anyone have any experience with these?

I want to be able to keep track of my moles better, just in case... I've also been trying to devour as much info about melanomas and skin cancers.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

also my wife has got on november 2009 a melanoma on her leg. (1,34mm depth) but fortunately no sentinel node involved ...

We are in trial for next 2 years, every about 3/4 months (Eco, blood analisys, skin check, etc).

We are using SKIN PREVENTION and works well it is a good Body Mapper.
We are using for all the family (included children)
You can storicize and compare the photograpy on all around the body in 2 mode.
Allows you to put a password (this is good)
Allows you to import Photos from archive and see and download in Wifi or by internet
