check out this link on vitamin d
http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/vitaminDToxicity.shtml
it talks about d2 and d3 and since toxicity is hard to reverse it is worth a read. i have trouble when i start taking larger doses of vit d and have to find out why - i didn't feel well after 5-6 days on 1600IUs even though i tested out as deficient - i'm ok if i go out and get sunlight tho - so i guess if i want to figure that out it's another dr visit :o! They say you should get tested 1st ...
