Hello,

I am a student of Nursing at the Medical University of Warsaw. I am conducting a research for my Master thesis about the prevention of skin cancer in Poland in comparison with other selected countries. I would like to ask for help in completing the questionnaire:
http://dermatologia.ankieta.biz/ankieta/61132/prevention-of-skin-cancer-in-poland-and-in-other-countries.html

This survey is anonymous and obtained data is confidential.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Sorry I missed participating in the survey Emilia Rudziewicz, indeed a very good and through questionnaire report.
