Learn how to prevent skin cancer and you'll learn how to save your life.

1. Use sunscreen.
I know you have heard it a million times, but sunscreen really is one of your best bets in preventing skin cancer, especially if you spend a lot of time outdoors. Experts recommend choosing a sunscreen that is at least SPF 15 or higher.

2. Avoid direct exposure to midday sun.
Avoid going outdoors from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is when the sun's rays are brightest, causing the most damage to skin. If you have to go outdoors, be sure to lather on sunscreen.

3. Stay shady.
Staying in the shade not only will keep you cooler, it will reduce your risk of skin cancer. Keep in mind that even though you are in the shade, you will need to wear sunscreen.

4. Monitor childrens' sun exposure.
Did you know that many cases of skin cancer and melanoma link back to bad sunburns and exposure as a child? Children especially need to stay out of the sun, wear sunblock and other protective clothing like hats.

5. Wear protective clothing.
Wearing hats and clothing that covers the skin are excellent ways to reduce your risk of skin cancer. Eyes are also susceptible to sun damage, so be sure to wear sunglasses that are UV protectant.

Hemp Oil can cure skin cancer. look up rick Simpson's "running from the cure" on you tube.

The government doesn't want hemp oil to be legal because it would cause many big corporations to lose money. alcohol and tobacco corps would lose huge profits because cannabis is a much safer alternative that wont cause long term health problems. and without long term health problems pharmaceutical corps would also lose money. if hemp/cannabis is legal then prison industry would also lose money. cops would have to face greater dangers on a daily basis because they'd actually have to face violent offenders instead of innocuous pot heads who done nothing wrong.

Look at the thumbs down I am getting, shows how ignorant the world is. in another thought, keep it illegal. Ignorant don't deserve a cure, they deserve to get cancer and die so the more intelligent beings like myself can ascend.
