Posted - 11/03/2009 : 11:27:26 Hello Everybody
I am a 53 yr old, healthy male and new to the world of skin cancer. A couple of months ago, I had a lesion, about the size of a pencil eraser develop on the right side of my nose. It would ooze and crust over repeatedly and was slowly growing to the point that it began to bother me because of its appearance. In addition, I had a similar lesion beginning on the top of my left ear, and also one just above my left eyebrow.
I went to my primary care physician to have these looked at. His diagnosis on the lesion over my eyebrow was actinic keratosis, so he froze that particular one. He took biopsies of the others and they came back as a BCC on my ear, however, the one on my nose was an SCC.
To say that I am scared is an understatement. This just took the wind right out of my sails. I am sure that this has happened to all of you battling this, and it certainly is terrifying initially. I think what also makes this hard is my wifes Mom is currently undergoing chemo for lung cancer and we have a lady at work who is withering away from another form of cancer, right before our eyes. I really dont know how to deal with this since it has now become my burden as well.
In just the past week, since my diagnoses, I believe Ive read just about every post on this forum, desperately looking for some type of viable treatment option. My doctor, of course, being from the school of slash & burn medicine and prescription drugs, immediately wanted me to have radiation therapy for these lesions. I was not at all happy with that prospect as I dont personally believe in that(or chemo) for treating cancer. He now is pushing me to see a Moh's surgeon, which I am not inclined to do at this point as well.
So, for my first option, Ive decided to try Perrin's Blend, since that seems to work for some people. I would like to solicit some opinions for those of you who have used this product. First of all, after a couple of days of use, I have experienced some redness and a little tenderness around the two sites. Is this normal? Does that mean that its working or am I having a reaction to the product? Has anyone on this board actually had their lesions go away completely? How long did it take?
I am realistic and I can see that there are no magic bullets or quick fixes and some people are really battling it out with this stuff. I also see that having faith(of which I dont have much of) and a strong family background, goes a long way in successfully beating this malady. Now begins my battle and I hope, that with the experiences I share on this board and the friendships that I make, I can beat this too.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless You All.

Posted - 01/21/2010 : 18:58:09 If you are really working with all the threads on this website, try visiting this link http://www.debcc.com , which is the one about the Cashew Nut oil. Take the time to walk through the section on the right called New Treatment Option. You will see some amazing results. The DeBCC cream is currently sold only to doctors (and it's not cheap). But perhaps your doctor would be willing to order some for you. I am eager to get some more possibilities to have people trying out this currently unavailable solution. When talking about lack of availability, I am referring to the following 2 threads on this forum: http://www.topicalinfo.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=591 and http://www.topicalinfo.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=624 .
In a sense we here are all "guinea pigs," so why not try out what seems to be an effective and mild treatment? You might ask why I don't do this myself. I am not a doctor and at the moment am not in the kind of contact with a dermatologist or other doctor where I could make this request. In fact, supposedly at the moment I don't need a doctor, but I think differently about some "trouble spots" and wish to attack them over time.
Nonetheless, you may find that website interesting. |

There is a magick bullet and a quick fix for your skin cancers. You can kill them in about 18 hours time. Then it will take your body about 7 --- 10 days to kick the dead eschar out. Then it will take your body about 3 to 6 months to fill in the hole with new flesh, [or perhaps scar tissue, if thats the way you heal up].
If you have actually read every post on this message board then you are already well aware of what I speak of.
So why are you so desparate and worried ??? 98% cure rate.
By the way, your U.S. gov't kidnapped a vendor of this remedy last week, in order to crucify him for selling it to you and me. His name is Greg Caton. [sp?]
ps: also read the posts on hemp oil ..... and cashew tree oil. ..... they also look very promising, in that they appear to work gently and without much pain. [I have no experiences with them]
pss:
it is highly possible that you are a victim (cancers) of radioactive fallout from US military nuclear bombs being used in Iraq & Afganistan upon innocent civilians there, in a diabolical plan to steal their oil.; and their lives. It's called mass annihalation. If so, that makes you a casualty of that "war" also.

I am very sorry that it has taken me a month to response to you. I have had all the cancer victims on this board in my prayers a lot.
Btw, today I returned from my 4 month evaluation with my doctor. He confirmed that “I AM DONE WITH THE SCC ON MY NOSE!”
Thank God! I already knew this but it is great to have the doctor say it.
My cancer is gone. The doctor also stated that my biopsy scar had filled in from the last time he saw me. He said it might fill in ALL THE WAY in 5 or 6 months.
My next appointment is scheduled in one year.
The doctor informed me how lucky I was to have avoided all the surgery, grafts, etc. I told him that I was BLESSED. I said PERRINS BLEND was wonderful. He said, “Well, if that is what did it!”
I have only had 2 visits with this doc thus far. He seems to be a wonderful doctor. |

I have been using the Perrins Blend now for about 2 weeks, give or take a couple of days. Now, let me just say that after the biopsy was taken from my nose, this lesion began to heal mostly on its own. The redness became less and the lesion became somewhat softer but really no change in size.
After using the Perrins Blend, it appears to have shrunk a little, the redness is gone, and its not as noticeable, however, it has not gone away completely. In the last week, I havent noticed much change but I definitely feel a lot better about it because it looks nowhere near as bad as before.
So, Id have to say that I am quite pleased with using Perrins Blend to this point. In addition, the Perrins Blend lessened the soreness of the basal cell on my ear and has definitely helped with a couple of actinic keratoses I am currently treating. Overall, Im very satisfied with the product.
I would say, just keep hanging in there, Maya and keep treating it. When you start to get some results, youre gonna feel a lot better about it, I believe. I certainly did.

Posted - 11/16/2009 : 21:03:34 Hello again from Maya. I am using the Perrins Blend at night because it is dark red like blood and is not very acceptable to walk around with during the day, especially because it melts and runs down my nose. Nighttime is good with "gentle paper" skin tape on it. So far I am not seeing any result, but I am wondering how long it was before anyone who has had success with it noticed their first results ? When can I expect to see some result which will be a sign that it is working ? It feels tight and it kind of hurts, but otherwise I don't know if it is doing anything. I have an ulcerated basal cell carcinoma on the side of my nose about 1/3 inch in diameter. Thank you for your help and encouragement ! Maya |

Posted - 11/05/2009 : 11:29:44 Hi Maya
Yes, it can be very difficult to go against the "conventional wisdom"(ie slash & burn surgery, prescription drugs, chemo & radiation) because it is hammered into us not to do so. In other words, we are not taught to question authority, whether it be a priest, a police officer, or your physician.
I think this breeds undue fear because we are afraid to take responsibility for ourselves, especially in healthcare matters.
When the SCC was diagnosed on my nose, right away my primary care physician wanted to do radiation. Then, when I said that I absolutely would not consider it, hes now pushing the Moh's surgery. Nowhere during the conversation, did the subject of a dermatologist come up. Why is that? After all, it is a skin problem. Wouldnt it make sense to first see a derm rather than immediately resort to slash & burn techniques?
Im like you, I would prefer to use Moh's as a last resort only. Having said that, and by reading the posts on this forum, it does appear that there are other alternative treatments(ie topical) that look promising. Therefore, Ive begun using Perrin's Blend as a starting point. I was inspired by reading the posts of Rose Petal and some others and if nothing else, it created a sense of hope, which I didnt have when this all started.
I feel for you Maya and I sincerely hope and pray that you will find relief from this scourge. God Bless.

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 19:29:24 Hello from Maya in Vermont. I have a large BCC on the side of my nose and have cancelled my Mohs surgery twice now, and am getting a lot of flack about it from friends and family. They say if I don't "take care of it", that it will become a really serious problem. But the Mohs surgeon says it already is a serious problem and that there may be substantial reconstruction required. I will do anything to avoid having my face carved up. I am hoping that Perrin's blend will save me, and I am going to order it and start using it right away. But I, too, am looking for support around this because my husband and friends think I am just stalling, looking for any reason to avoid the mohs surgery. |

Thank You So Much for your reply. I am very happy that PB has worked for you and that this ordeal is behind you.
Yesterday, the day after applying PB for the first time, I began to notice a definite improvement in both of my lesions, the SCC on the nose, and the BCC on the ear. It was pretty amazing actually and I am hoping that I end up having the dramatic resolution that you had.
I do have a couple of questions to ask however. For you, Rose Petal, was your lesion a BCC or SCC? And did the lesion go away completely or can you still see an "outline" where it once was, however, there is just no activity there now, as you said? How long did you treat your lesions before you were satisfied they were gone?
As a general question, for those of you who have successfully battled SCC/BCC lesions, at what point, do you feel that it is no longer an issue, such that you would not consider having it excised or whatever? What Im driving at is this -- the conventional wisdom is that this is nothing to fool around with so you need to get these lesions cut off, froze off, chopped off, immediately. My concern is, for those of us going the topical route, do you honestly feel comfortable not having anything done based on just visually seeing that the lesion(s) have apparently healed on their own?
Thanks for reading and God Bless. |

Hello. I am very sorry to hear of your skin cancer problems.
I have used PERRINS BLEND with TREMEMDOUS results. My lesion has healed COMPLETELY and the "divit" (biopsy scar) is barely visible to the naked eye.
IMO, Judy Perrin received a cure for SCC skin cancer by God. She and her husband claim that God gave them the ingredients (after a prayer meeting) to put on Jim's ear. I know of no other way that a non medical professional could have created this cream.
In answer to your questions about using PB, I do think the redness or tenderness is probably nothing to be worried about. As you are aware, PB is the color of dark strawberry preserves. Therefore, a tint of red may be on your lesion even after you wash the cream off. I always used COOL water because for some oddball reason my lesion did not respond well to hot. Each time I washed it off, however, after a few hours, the skin would start to heal and "fill in" some. Sometimes only slightly. The lesion got smaller and smaller, bit by bit, until it was ALL healed and no "activity" in my nose whatsoever.
My cancer ordeal is behind me and I am QUITE grateful. I had everyone I knew (and THEN some, believe me) praying regarding this "horror." I understand every doubt, fear and worry you have experienced. It is terrible! I also did not want surgery and the more I discovered about radiation, well, it was just not an option.
God bless you.
