My husband found this sight wow reading about other experiences helps with my determination to finish. I can't decide if I feel like I have been beat in the face with a hot pillow or I have a sinus ifection that has been turned inside out. Both sound bad but the truth hurts or you can look at my face I am a 44 yr old female, very active mountain girl who also was a lifeguard on the beach. I am treating my nose, cheeks, temples and top of lip. I started using IBU, sleep aid and wet wash cloth put in the freezer (that feels great). Eucerin helps but I'm going out today for some almond oil, everything else stings

Hi Marie,
Visit some fellow sufferers on Finished with Carac, one of the other topical treatment blogs at this same site. I will be doing my bottom lip in August, so am helped by hearing about any lip experiences with Carac. Hang in there. Next year at this time, I hope this will be ancient history for all of us! Eve

Check out the other Carac thread for the site "extremefacelift". Very helpful and interesting. I had to take a 1 week break from Carac and started back up 2 weeks ago. I found that Aquaphor helps with my skin irritation. I am a bit uncomfortable but I am determined to see it through to completion. I REFUSE to complain because things could be so much worse-at least our cancer is curable.
