Learned this from an md in costa rica.

DMSO + trans-resveratrol + ubiquinone combined and applied to any skin cancer will effectively halt growth. The malignancy will literally fall off within weeks provided the diameter is less than 5cm (seen in practice)
buy powdered COQ10 from Japan and US sourced product. Melt 14oz of coconut oil on low heat and add 60g of COQ10. The oil is a perfect carrier (ubiquinone is fat soluble). Plasma concentrations are the highest possible when using this method.
Best to make a small batch once each weekly application.
Up the application to 3x a week if if's not evident that any changes are taking place or it's not reduced in size.
ReserveAge is a nice product: http://www.iherb.com/ReserveAge-Organics-Resveratrol-500-mg-60-Veggie-Caps/18272

The best results seen were from the Costco/TruNature branded Resv, and it's in a softgel: http://www.costco.com/trunature%C2%AE-Maximum-Strength-Resveratrol-250-mg.%2c-140-Softgels.product.11609792.html

Depending on the size of the lesion, take 10 drops or so of the DMSO and add to a Petri dish, or whatever you have. Bring up a 1/8 tsp of the CoQ10 to room temp (72 degrees or so) and squirt one of the Costco Resv gels into the dish. Add the CoQ10 and mix with a q-tip.

Apply liberally to the lesion. It may sting (that's how you know it works!). Allow to dry.

Was told melanomas fall off after a few weeks application. Sq-cell are typically much easier to treat.
