New to this forum. Have hx of melanoma, 4.5 yrs ago. Was small and shallow, excised, no skin cancers since.

Went to new dermatologist and he found nothing of immed concern, but feels the sun damage on my forehead warrants action. Some blotchiness/roughness.

Wants me to do Carac/Fluorouracil 0.5. I have no intenion of doing this until i do lot of research, and even that probably will not.

Is there somewhere on this site or elsewhere that documents toxicity issues and risks? Been doing some reading on the history of internal chemo, and the lies and misinformation and the truth about outcome… staggering.

Dont trust this doc. He said nothing about side effects, risks. Just said "here's what we're gonna do".

Thanks!

Thanks, just looking at the pics i would say i would likely never do this to myself. Looks insane and dangerous.

ANyway, I'm looking more for general info on toxicity, risks, etc.

Hi, I just read this yesterday, only one person's experience though.
