Hi All

I have what I believe to be actinic keratosis on my thighs (bumpy, light brown colored patches of skin - rough to touch). They seem to be spreading...pls pls help!

After reading this forum I tried ACV.First night i just tried it on one spot, soaking a cotton pad and using a bandaid. The next nite I decided to soak a rag and use garbage bags to keep the moisture in as i was having trouble keeping bandaids on. I now have zillions of little red bumps. Not sure if it is from the heat or more AK's. Its now way more visible...have i just made this worse? I used to have such nice legs - now i hide them ( I'm really sporty and live at the beach but have always used high factor sunscreen and rarely burned).

I would appreciate some feedback as this condition is really starting to get me down.

Best wishes
xx
