Posted - 01/16/2013 : 04:29:21 My husband recently had a skin check as he previously had a melanoma removed from his shoulder about 18months earlier. He came back mostly clear, however the doctor burnt off a few "suspect" areas on his legs. The doctor then suggested for the back of his hands and his forearms which have red scaly flat areas to put Efudex on them, but he did not explain exactly what the marks were. Does anyone know what Efudex is used for and are these lesions on his arms and hands cancerous? or just sun spots or ageing ? I will try to upload photos soon |
