Posted - 06/18/2012 : 01:11:40 Hi. I'm a 58 white male from England, bald for some 30 years. Very blond previously. Earlier conditions of eczema and psoriasis.
Have been proscribed Efudex for some 6 months now diagnosed with AK originally. Continually pre-cancerous as requiring repeated nitrogen freezing of the fore and top of head.
The original cancerous lesion fell off in no time but condition flatlined since then. Hardly much to see but advised under-skin hazard continuing. I'm told that Efudex is not a steroid but boy! I'm growing hairs incessantly and whereas a beard trim was necessary every 6 weeks its now every six days!!
Am i right that when this stuff gets into the bloodstream it can act as a lead weight on the circulation causing leg and foot cramps throughout the day?
I'm on Efudix 5% now which is a higher octane than proscribed originally. |
